The Service Commitment Agreement of EPS-KLT
The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (hereinafter referred to as 'POEA') and the Human
Resources Development Service of Korea (hereinafter referred to as 'HRD Korea'), hereby agree on the
Service Commitrnent Agreement of EPS-KlT(hereinafter referred to as 'Agreement') of the Korean
Language Test(hereinafter referred to as'EPS-KLT'), pursuant to the MOU between the Department of
Labor and Employment of Republic of the Philippines and the Ministry of Labor of Republic of Korea.
