first just click www.philhealth.gov.ph
Then click
ONLINE SERVICES
Electronic Registration
click register
then proceed to the next step.
Fill-up the form and follow all the instruction given
and thats it..

Why cant we find other places in member address and birth place? Why is it only 5 places in the birth place? I can't find the Makati City there. And I don't have province address and yet, it's registering.

nu ba yan, Jan 14 pa ko nagregister. Successfully nasubmit ko naman yung form ko pero walang nagreply na email saken. Di ko tuloy alam kung pumasok ba yung registration ko o kelangan pang ulitin..
same with me , active ang email add ko, pero etong sa philhealth successful pero until now walang email.. saying lang effort mag fill up..

PEN is the Philhealth number of you Employer/Company.
Everything went well for me and email has been verified as well, gaano katagal bago ko marecieve ang Philhealth number ko sa email?
same with mine too..i was waiting for the said confirmation email..still wala talaga..inulit ko mgfill-up kc inisip ko baka may mali email add ko..still wala pa rin...help??

Nag register ako about 4pm GMT+8 today, I've waited for about 3 hours and yet wala parin confirmation e-mail so out of frustration I registered again but to no avail, I've already e-mailed their "quick" response team and so far no replies whatsoever. To the people that says they received the said e-mail, can I ask what e-mail host you guys used? I've tried to use 2 different yahoo emails already. Im getting impatient and disappointed with this. :(

Can I get the PEN number online?
PEN is a philhealth no. of your employer... so if you dont have a copy then back to your company and get it from your HR..
then u cant used ur philhealth if you dont have a contribution fee
unless if your philhealth membership is under gov.
and in regards to the benefiaciary you better check your previous application because adding or changing beneficiary should be on process..
it just my opinion..
better to go to the philhealth.. than to do a online app.
